Terms and Conditions

1.  On booking a non-returnable deposit of 10% will be paid

2.  Following receipt of your deposit, confirmation of your

     booking and directions to the cottage will be sent by post.

3.  The balance of the accommodation cost is payable four weeks

     before the date of arrival

4.  Bookings made within four weeks (28 days) of arrival require

     full payment of the accommodation cost at the time of booking.

5.  If you fail to pay the balance of your accommodation costs at

     the prescribed time we reserve the right to cancel the booking.       

     in this event the full amount of the accommodation costs will    

     be payable by you. If we are able to re-let the property, we may,

     at our discretion refund the balance of the payment. We will

     retain the deposit.

6.  All cancellations should be made in writing. If your

     cancellation notice is received at any time up to your balance

     being due (28 days before arrival), the deposit will be retained

     but the balance will not be payable. If the cancellation is

     received less than 28 days before the arrival date, you will still

     be liable for the full amount of the accommodation costs.

7.  The cottage will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival

     and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please

     let us know your estimated time of arrival when you are

     booking.

8.  Costs include electricity, fuel, bed-linen and towels. We also

     provide Tea, Coffee and sugar.

If you wish to stay for a weekend there will be a minimum charge of three days.

 

Short term lets, during school holidays are not usual except at the owner’s discretion.

 

Special Offer!

 

A reduction of £100 per week for under occupancy (using only one bedroom).

 This does not apply to short lets.
